Your sunshine belongs to you.

Sunshine remembers streaks, rainbows, selected topics, and saved messages on your own device. This information is not connected to your name or email and does not follow you to another browser or device.

Anonymous activity

We record a random browser identifier and a short list of actions—such as a visit, topic choice, completed action, share, signup submission, or book click—to understand whether Sunshine is useful. We do not record message text, names, email addresses, precise location, or advertising profiles.

Community leaderboard

If you choose to join the leaderboard, we store the public Sunshine name you provide, your random browser identifier, and the points earned from eligible actions. You do not need to use your real name, create a login, or provide an email address. Your Sunshine name and point total are visible to other visitors.

Good Things Feed

If you post a good thing, your selected activity, optional note, Sunshine name, date, and reaction count are public. Please do not include anyone’s real name, location, health information, or private story. Visitors can report unsafe posts; reported content may be hidden. We do not currently allow photos, comments, direct messages, or location sharing.

Email signup

When you subscribe, your email is sent directly to GoDaddy Email Marketing. Sunshine does not store it. GoDaddy manages confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribe requests.

You can clear Sunshine’s device history at any time by clearing site data in your browser. You can also use the experience without creating an account.
